Role Description The Senior Graphic & Motion Designer role is a full-time hybrid position based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role involves conceptualizing and producing high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content that align with brand strategy and user experience goals. The designer will translate briefs into visual stories, create storyboards, design graphic assets, and collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, researchers, and marketing teams.

Daily responsibilities include managing end-to-end motion design projects, refining visual concepts, ensuring consistency across channels, and delivering production-ready assets for digital, social,



and product interfaces. The role also requires mentoring junior designers, contributing to design standards, and staying current with motion design tools, trends, and best practices.

Qualifications

- 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design and motion design.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and motion graphics capabilities.
- Robust command of typography, layout, composition, colour, visual hierarchy, and storytelling.
- Ability to independently take charge of projects and work with minimal supervision.
- Experience creating explainer videos, animated communication, and motion-led content.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially:
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Strong proficiency in Figma.
- Good understanding of designing for digital and social platforms.
- Ability to work quickly without compromising on craft or attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate directly with clients and internal teams.

Good to have

- Previous experience working in a creative, branding, advertising, or design agency.
- Experience working with B2B brands and communication.
- Experience with brand identity systems and brand guidelines.
- Understanding of video editing, sound, 3D, illustration, or other adjacent creative skills is a plus.
