Senior Graphic Designer – Real Estate

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Senior Graphic Designer with strong experience in the real estate / infrastructure industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for aesthetics, typography, branding, and visual storytelling, with the ability to create premium creatives that communicate the value of real estate projects effectively.

You will work closely with the marketing, branding, and content teams to develop high-quality visual communication across digital and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Create premium and visually compelling designs for real estate projects, campaigns, and brand communication.
- Develop creatives for social media, digital campaigns, websites, brochures, hoardings, standees, presentations, and print collateral.
- Design campaign concepts for property launches, project announcements, offers, events, and lead-generation campaigns.
- Work with marketing and content teams to translate campaign ideas into strong visual concepts.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.
- Create project brochures, floor-plan presentations, advertisements, sales decks, and marketing collateral.
- Develop creative concepts based on project positioning, target audience, and market trends.
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, copywriters, and external agencies when required.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, real estate marketing trends, typography, layouts, and visual communication styles.
- Review and improve existing creative assets to maintain a premium brand identity.





Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
- Excellent understanding of branding, typography, composition, colour theory, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience creating real estate and property marketing creatives.
- Strong understanding of digital and print design requirements.
- Ability to develop concepts independently from brief to final execution.
- Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Valuable communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Experience

- 5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer / Senior Graphic Designer.
- Prior experience in real estate, infrastructure, architecture, construction, or property marketing is highly preferred.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating premium real estate branding and marketing creatives is required.
- Experience working with real estate developers or reputed creative/branding agencies will be an advantage.
