Job Summary

We are looking for a Sr. Graphic Designer to develop fresh creative concepts and lead visual design across ATL, BTL, OOH, print, event, retail, and digital campaigns, while maintaining strong brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead visual design for pan-India brand campaigns and marketing collaterals.
- Develop fresh concepts, visual directions, and creative ideas for campaigns.
- Translate briefs into strong, brand-focused designs with minimal rework.
- Maintain brand consistency across multiple platforms and locations.
- Collaborate with marketing, regional teams, vendors, and leadership.
- Coordinate with print, OOH, and production vendors for final execution.
- Manage creative timelines and deliver projects within deadlines.
- Create mood boards, visual references, and creative assets.
- Guide junior designers and freelancers when required.
- Solid creative thinking with ability to develop original, brand-focused concepts.




- Strong understanding of branding, typography, layouts, colour, and visual communication.

Key Skills
- Knowledge of ATL, BTL, OOH, retail, print, digital, and event branding.
- Ability to work independently, understand briefs, and deliver with minimal rework.
- Strong sense of ownership, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in relevant design and AI creative tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with marketing, regional teams, vendors, and leadership.
- Ability to mentor junior designers/freelancers is preferred.
- Education industry experience is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
