Are you a talented Graphic Designer with a passion for transforming educational content into visually stunning and engaging experiences? Knowzies is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer - eLearning Specialist to join our team and elevate the visual design of our world-class learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design engaging visual content, including illustrations, infographics, icons, and layouts for eLearning modules, presentations, and digital learning assets.
- Create and edit graphics, animations, and visual elements aligned with instructional design storyboards and learning content.
- Collaborate with Instructional Designers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and the Animation team to produce high-quality learning materials.
- Develop user-friendly interfaces (UI) and visual elements for eLearning courses that enhance learner engagement.




- Ensure brand consistency by following client-specific branding guidelines across all design outputs.
- Edit and enhance images, videos, and multimedia assets as per project requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to continuously improve visual content quality.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Participate in team discussions and brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas.

Skills and Experience Required:

- 8 to 12 years, including at least 2-3 years in a team lead / people management role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (English language proficiency is a must).
- Strong drawing and sketching skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe After Effects.
- Strong illustration skills.
- Ability to work effectively as a team player.
- Willingness to take on new challenges.

Good to Have:
