Job Responsibility

- Take complete ownership of the company’s brand identity and visual representation across all brand products.

- Lead brand-level design work, ensuring consistency in look, feel, tone, and quality across all platforms.

- Develop and maintain brand guidelines for logos, colors, typography, layouts, and visual standards.

- Conceptualize and design creatives for brand campaigns, product launches, rebranding initiatives, and promotions.

- Work closely with management and marketing teams to translate brand vision and business strategy into strong visual communication.

- Design high-quality creatives for product branding, packaging, catalogs, brochures, hoardings, in-store branding, and POS materials.

- Create advanced digital assets for social media branding, websites, ads, banners, presentations, and brand videos.

- Ensure all designs align with brand positioning, target audience, and market trends.

- Lead the creative direction for major campaigns and approve final design outputs.

- Guide, review, and mentor junior graphic designers,



ensuring brand consistency and quality standards.

- Coordinate with printers, vendors, photographers, and external agencies to ensure accurate brand execution.

- Manage multiple brand projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

- Stay updated with design trends, branding techniques, and creative tools to continuously enhance brand value.

- Contribute ideas to strengthen brand recall, visual impact, and customer engagement.

- Support expansion activities such as new branch launches, new product introductions, and corporate branding requirements.

- Perform additional brand-related creative responsibilities assigned by management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
