About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can create strong, visually engaging designs across social media, website and marketing touchpoints.

You will work closely with the Creative Director, Creative Strategy, Social Media, Copywriting and Marketing teams to translate ideas into high-quality visual communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative assets for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other social media platforms
- Create Reels covers, posts, carousels, Stories and campaign creatives
- Design website banners, homepage creatives, collection banners and landing page assets
- Create creatives for product launches, drops, campaigns and offers
- Work on digital ads and performance marketing creatives
- Retouch and edit product, fashion and campaign photographs
- Perform colour correction, background removal, image cleanup, skin/fabric/product retouching and compositing
- Adapt designs into multiple sizes and formats for different platforms
- Develop visual concepts based on creative briefs and campaign objectives
- Collaborate with the Copywriter to combine copy + visual communication
- Maintain consistency with the brand's visual identity, typography, colours and design language
- Explore new design trends, references and visual styles relevant to the brand




- Manage multiple projects and deliverables while maintaining quality and timelines
- Guide and review work from junior designers/interns when required

What We’re Looking For

- 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Strong photo editing and retouching skills
- Good understanding of typography, layout, composition, colour and visual hierarchy
- Experience creating designs for social media and websites
- Ability to understand a brief and independently develop a visual direction
- Strong attention to detail
- Good understanding of fashion, lifestyle, D2C and youth culture is a plus
- Motion graphics/video editing knowledge is an added advantage

Important This is a hands-on design role. We are looking for someone who can take a brief and independently turn it into a strong creative output, rather than only execute pre-defined designs.

A practical design assignment will be shared with shortlisted candidates as part of the selection process.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
