Airfluence is looking for a performance-driven Google Ads Specialist who can take complete ownership of campaigns and drive measurable business growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage and scale Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Performance Max.
- Optimize campaigns for CPA, ROAS, conversions, and lead quality.
- Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor research.
- Manage budgets and identify growth opportunities.
- Track and analyze performance using GA4, GTM, and Google Ads.
- Work closely with creative and marketing teams to improve results.
- Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience.
- Robust experience with Search and Performance Max campaigns.
- Good understanding of GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, and attribution.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of results.
Preferred
- Experience in Lead Generation, Insurance, Fintech, Loans, or Financial Services.
