Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage the financial records of private equity funds, including cash flow statements, balance sheets, and income statements.

- Calculate net asset value (NAV) for each fund on a daily basis using IFRS/US GAAP principles.

- Prepare monthly NAV reports for investors and regulatory bodies in accordance with hedge fund regulations.

- Ensure accurate record-keeping of all transactions, reconciliations, and journal entries.

Job Requirements :

- 3-8 years of experience in fund accounting or related field in Private Equity.

- Solid knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP accounting standards.

- Proficiency in calculating NAV under various fund structures (e.g., master-feeder funds).

- Experience working with alternative investment vehicles such as hedge funds.
