We are looking for a Senior Functional Consultant NetSuite with strong experience in NetSuite ERP implementations, advanced financial modules, and client-facing consulting. The candidate will be responsible for requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, implementation, testing, data migration, and post-go-live support.

Responsibilities

- Analyze and document business processes and requirements and translate them into NetSuite functional and technical specifications.
- Lead requirements gathering, business process mapping, and fit-gap analysis.
- Design and configure NetSuite solutions across financials, order-to-cash, and procure-to-pay.
- Drive configuration decisions including chart of accounts, subsidiaries, roles, permissions, and workflows.
- Execute full lifecycle NetSuite implementations from discovery through post-go-live.
- Develop solution design documentation, process flows, and configuration workbooks.
- Support data migration, including mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
- Define and execute system testing and user acceptance testing.
- Develop Saved Searches, dashboards, and reports using NetSuite tools.
- Support integrations using SuiteCloud, REST/SOAP, and third-party tools.
- Collaborate with developers on workflows and SuiteScript customizations.
- Provide end-user training and support change management.
- Support go-live planning, cutover, and stabilization.
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Act as the primary client contact for delivery and communication.
- Partner with project managers to manage scope, timelines, risks, and budgets.
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to drive client success.




- Provide NetSuite best-practice guidance and process improvement recommendations.
- Contribute to internal methodologies, accelerators, and knowledge base.
- Mentor junior consultants and support team development.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Information Systems preferred.
- 6+ years of relevant NetSuite/ERP consulting and implementation experience.
- Strong and comprehensive knowledge of NetSuite ERP.
- Proven client-facing and consulting experience with the ability to act as a trusted advisor.
- Strong accounting and finance background.
- Significant experience with Advanced Financial Modules.
- Hands-on experience with full lifecycle NetSuite implementations.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and NetSuite functionality.
- Experience with NetSuite reporting tools, including Saved Searches, Dashboards, and SuiteAnalytics.
- Experience with data migration strategy, validation, and reconciliation.
- Understanding of NetSuite architecture and integrations, including the SuiteCloud framework.
- Experience with modules such as SuiteBilling, SuiteTax, SuiteProjects, ARM, Fixed Assets, Multi-Book, Multi-Currency, Multi-Company, and Intercompany preferred.
- Additional expertise in Sales Tax, Manufacturing, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Supply Chain & Distribution, and CPQ preferred.
- Experience with NetSuite Manufacturing, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Demand Planning, and CPQ is a plus.
- Experience in Qualified Services, Financial Services, or Nonprofit industries preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a consulting environment.
