Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade full-stack applications.
- Develop scalable and secure backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and Microservices architectures.
- Develop responsive, reusable, and high-quality frontend applications using Angular or React.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
- Review code and ensure adherence to engineering standards, design principles, and best practices.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and drive application optimization.
- Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues.
- Lead modernization, migration, and enhancement of existing applications.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and provide technical guidance.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, Architecture, and other engineering teams.
- Contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and technical delivery.




- Drive continuous improvement in development processes, code quality, and application reliability.

Required Technical Skills :

- 9 - 12 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17.
- Extensive experience with :
- Spring Boot
- Spring MVC
- Spring Security
- REST APIs
- Microservices Architecture
- Strong hands-on frontend development experience with Angular or React.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
- Strong SQL and database experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle.
- Hands-on experience with Git and Maven/Gradle.
- Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, Design Patterns, and clean coding practices.
- Experience with code reviews, debugging, performance optimization, and production support.
- Solid understanding of scalable and maintainable application architecture.
