Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic technology team in Dubai. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end development of robust, scalable web applications, bridging the gap between complex backend logic and intuitive user interfaces.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product managers, UI/UX designers, and global stakeholders to translate business requirements into high-performance technical solutions. By driving architectural decisions and ensuring code excellence, you will directly influence the digital experience of our customers and play a pivotal role in scaling our platform to meet growing market demands in the region.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and build scalable, secure web applications using .NET and modern frontend frameworks to ensure seamless performance for our global user base.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs that facilitate efficient data exchange between systems, enhancing the overall interoperability of our software ecosystem.
- Mentor junior developers by conducting rigorous code reviews and promoting engineering best practices to elevate the technical standards of the entire team.




- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex production issues to maintain high availability and reliability for our enterprise clients.
- Integrate automated CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment cycles, reducing time-to-market for new features and critical updates.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building enterprise-grade applications using C# and .NET, coupled with a deep understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS to create responsive user interfaces.
- Proven ability to design and maintain complex RESTful services, ensuring high security and data integrity across distributed systems.
- Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to communicate technical trade-offs effectively to non-technical stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, in office environment in Dubai, collaborating with diverse, multi-cultural teams.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, supported by 7 - 12 years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development.
- Commitment to continuous learning and the ability to rapidly adopt emerging technologies to keep our product stack at the cutting edge of industry standards.
