You will be one of the people who decides how our platform is built, not just someone who builds what was already decided. This is a hands-on senior role with real architectural weight behind it.
Our product team ships to enterprise clients across manufacturing, logistics and financial services.
The systems are not toys: multi-tenant, audited, and expected to stay up during a client month-end close.
What you will own
- End to end delivery of features across the React front end and the Node and PostgreSQL back end
- Technical design for current modules, including the trade-offs you rejected and why
- Code review standards for a team of six engineers
- Production health of the services you ship, including the pager
What we are looking for
- Five or more years building and operating web applications in production
- Real depth in JavaScript or TypeScript on both sides of the wire
- Relational data modelling that survives contact with reporting requirements
- Comfort working directly with clients when a requirement does not add up
- Any exposure to AWS, Docker or CI pipelines is a bonus rather than a filter
