About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and hands-on Senior Full-Stack Engineer with 810 years of software development experience to join our growing product engineering team.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across React Native, React, Next.js, NestJS, Spring Boot, and MySQL, with strong ownership of end-to-end product development.

This is a startup environment where engineers are expected to go beyond writing code you will be involved in architecture, technical decisions, development, debugging, performance optimization, deployments, and production support.

We are looking for someone who enjoys solving challenging problems, moves quickly, takes ownership, and is comfortable working in an evolving product environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web, mobile, and backend applications.
- Build and maintain mobile applications using React Native.
- Develop modern web applications using React.js and Next.js.
- Design and develop backend services and APIs using NestJS and Spring Boot.
- Design efficient database schemas, queries, indexes, and data models using MySQL.
- Take ownership of features from requirement architecture development testing deployment and production support.
- Participate in technical architecture and design discussions.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and improve application scalability and reliability.
- Debug complex production issues across frontend, mobile, backend, and database layers.
- Write clean, maintainable, scalable, and well-tested code.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain engineering standards across the team.
- Work closely with product, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams.




- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and help improve overall engineering practices.
- Evaluate new technologies and recommend solutions where appropriate.
- Take ownership of critical production systems and ensure high availability and reliability.
- Contribute to improving development processes, CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and deployment practices.
