Role Description The Senior Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, and maintain web applications that support Acumen Global’s educational and career consulting services.

Responsibilities include building responsive front-end interfaces, implementing robust back-end services and APIs, integrating databases, and ensuring application performance, security, and reliability. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, performing code reviews, and mentoring junior engineers.



This is a full-time, in office role based in Thiruvananthapuram, requiring close coordination with product, operations, and consulting teams to deliver user-centric digital experiences.

Qualifications

- Strong front-end development skills, including experience with up-to-date JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
- Proficiency in back-end web development, including API design, server-side frameworks, and database integration.
- Demonstrated expertise in full-stack development and software development best practices, including testing and version control.
- Ability to design scalable architectures, optimize performance, and implement secure coding standards.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience mentoring engineers, collaborating in cross-functional teams, and delivering production-ready applications.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.
