We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer who can independently manage, develop, customize, integrate, and maintain websites, ERP/CRM systems, and business applications.

The candidate should be capable of handling projects independently from requirement understanding through development, deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance.

Responsibilities

- Independently manage and develop end-to-end web, ERP, CRM, and business applications.
- Understand business requirements and independently convert them into technical solutions.
- Handle frontend, backend, database, API development, and integrations.
- Develop and customize ERP/CRM modules, workflows, and features.
- Integrate third-party applications and APIs.
- Manage application testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and maintenance.




- Take ownership of assigned projects and deliver them with minimal supervision.
- Handle existing application enhancements, bug fixing, and performance improvements.
- Coordinate technical requirements and ensure applications are properly deployed and maintained.

Requirements

- 5–10 years of hands-on development experience.
- Solid practical experience in Web, ERP/CRM, and business application development.
- Proven ability to independently manage and develop projects.
- Comfortable taking ownership of the complete development lifecycle.
- Experience with third-party integrations and APIs.
- Able to work independently with minimal day-to-day supervision.
