About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack .NET Developer with 5+ years of experience in .NET, Angular, and SQL Server. The candidate should have strong development skills and experience working on business applications.

The role also involves guiding a small team, handling production issues, and working closely with product and engineering teams. Experience in payroll, ERP, accounting, HCM, or fintech applications will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using C#, .NET Core, Angular, and SQL Server.

- Build and maintain REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and indexes.
- Work with banking, tax, accounting, and benefits-related integrations.
- Work with product and engineering teams to understand requirements and build solutions.
- Monitor production applications and resolve technical issues.
- Handle customer issues related to payroll processing, accuracy, and system performance.
- Review code, help improve application performance, and reduce technical debt.
- Guide and mentor 1–3 developers while continuing to work on development tasks.




- Work with Git, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Deploy and manage applications in Azure environments.
- Follow security and data privacy standards while handling sensitive payroll information.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong experience with C#, .NET Core, Angular, SQL Server, and REST APIs.
- Valuable knowledge of SQL queries, stored procedures, indexing, and performance tuning.
- Experience working on business applications such as payroll, ERP, accounting, HCM, billing, or fintech.
- Experience handling production issues and finding root causes.
- Experience mentoring or guiding other developers.
- Good understanding of Git, testing, CI/CD, and Agile practices.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Azure and Azure DevOps experience is preferred.
- Experience with multi-tenant applications is a plus.
- Payroll software experience, including taxes, ACH, garnishments, overtime, W-2, or 941 reporting, is a plus.
