About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer (70% Backend / 30% Frontend) with 5+ years of hands-on experience to build scalable, high-performance web applications. Key Responsibilities

- Backend Development (70%): Design, build, and maintain robust microservices, RESTful APIs, and core application logic using Java and modern frameworks.
- Frontend Development (30%): Develop crisp, responsive, and user-friendly web UI components using ReactJS.
- Database Management: Write optimized database queries, manage schemas, and ensure reliable data persistence.
- System Design & Architecture: Drive application scalability, code quality, and follow clean code practices through peer code reviews.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with cross-functional product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver features end-to-end.

Must-Have Qualifications & Skills

- Experience:



Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web application development.
- Java Core & Frameworks: Deep hands-on expertise in Java (8+) , Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Microservices architecture.
- ReactJS Stack: Strong working knowledge of ReactJS , Hooks, Redux/Context API, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Databases: Practical experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
- APIs & Tools: Proven track record in building REST APIs, using Git, and working within Agile/Scrum environments.

Non-Negotiable Eligibility Criteria

- Location & Availability: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Pune , and available for an In-Person / Face-to-Face (F2F) Interview during the hiring process.
- Career Gap: Total qualified career gap must not exceed 6 months .

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, Jest).
