Title: Senior Frontend Engineer – React.js & React Native

Location: Mumbai

: Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain web applications using React.js and TypeScript.
- Build cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android using React Native and Expo.
- Create reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components.
- Convert Figma designs into responsive and pixel-perfect web and mobile interfaces.
- Design and implement scalable frontend architectures.
- Integrate REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, WebSockets, and third-party services.
- Collaborate with backend engineers on API design, integrations, and system architecture.
- Contribute to backend services and integrations using Node.js or Python when required.
- Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, scalability, and maintainability.
- Write clean, testable, and well-documented code.
- Conduct code reviews and follow engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across web, mobile, and backend systems.
- Manage application build and deployment pipelines using CI/CD practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and backend teams.
- Track tasks, bugs, and sprint deliverables using JIRA.
- Use AI-assisted development tools for code generation, debugging, refactoring, documentation, testing, and architectural discussions.

Required Skills

- 4–7 years of experience in frontend development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js.
- Strong hands-on experience with React Native and Expo.
- Experience building and publishing applications on Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- Experience with responsive web applications and mobile-first interfaces.
- Experience with Tailwind CSS and NativeWind.
- Robust understanding of React Hooks, Context API, component lifecycle, and state management.
- Experience with Redux Toolkit,



Zustand, React Query, or TanStack Query.
- Strong understanding of reusable and component-driven UI architecture.
- Knowledge of SOLID principles, feature-based architecture, container/presentational patterns, repository patterns, dependency injection, and modular architecture.
- Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization.
- Working knowledge of Node.js and Python.
- Familiarity with Express.js, NestJS, FastAPI, or Flask.
- Understanding of API design, authentication, and authorization using JWT and OAuth.
- Experience with WebSockets, Server-Sent Events (SSE), or similar real-time technologies.
- Understanding of mobile application lifecycle, push notifications, deep linking, and background services.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, JIRA, and Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong experience with AI-assisted development tools and prompt engineering.
- Familiarity with Claude, GPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, and Claude Code.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Next.js.
- Experience with GraphQL and Apollo Client.
- Experience with Firebase Authentication, Analytics, Crashlytics, and Push Notifications.
- Experience with Sentry or similar monitoring tools.
- Experience with EAS Build, EAS Submit, and Fastlane.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with real-time communication, WebSocket, or audio/video streaming platforms.
- Experience with Jest and React Testing Library.
- Experience working in startup or product engineering environments.
