Role Overview

We are looking for a high-impact Senior Frontend / Project Lead Developer with strong expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern web application architecture , along with hands-on experience in AI-powered and agentic applications .

Key Responsibilities

- Develop scalable, high-performance applications using React, Next.js 14, and TypeScript .
- Build reusable UI components using Tailwind CSS, Framer Motion, and React Hook Form .
- Manage application state using Zustand .
- Build and maintain reusable components with Storybook .
- Optimize frontend performance, including Core Web Vitals, image optimization, and data fetching.
- Integrate APIs, external services, and headless CMS platforms.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
- Collaborate with designers, backend developers, product teams, and stakeholders.
- Build and integrate AI-powered features, LLMs, AI agents, and agentic workflows .
- Work with tool/function calling and MCP (Model Context Protocol) .





Required Skills
- 5+ years of frontend development experience.
- Strong expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript .
- Experience with SSR, SSG, App Router, and contemporary frontend architecture .
- Strong knowledge of Tailwind CSS .
- Experience with Git, Vite, ESLint, and modern development tools.
- Strong understanding of performance, scalability, accessibility, and maintainability.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a global/remote environment.

AI Skills
- Understanding of LLMs, AI agents, and agentic workflows .
- Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs into web applications.
- Knowledge of MCP and tool/function calling .
- Familiarity with RAG and streaming AI responses is a plus.
- Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot , or similar AI-assisted development tools is preferred.
