About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Executive – Finance to manage and support day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The role will involve maintaining accurate financial records, supporting financial reporting, managing reconciliations and statutory compliances, and ensuring timely closure of financial activities. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with Tally Prime and Excel, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate records in Tally Prime.
- Prepare and support monthly MIS, P&L; statements, and financial reports.
- Handle bank reconciliations, vendor payments, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliations.
- Manage and support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.




- Monitor accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely processing of transactions.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking.
- Coordinate with internal teams for financial data consolidation and reporting.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist in statutory, tax, and internal audits and provide the required financial information.
- Identify discrepancies in financial records and support timely resolution.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure adherence to internal financial controls.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce/Finance (B.Com, M.Com, MBA – Finance).
- 2–7 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime – mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
- Valuable understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, GST, and TDS.
- Experience in reconciliations, MIS reporting, and month-end closure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage large volumes of financial data and meet deadlines.
