Role & responsibilities

- Lead Finance & Accounts function with focus on financial planning, reporting, controls and compliance.

- Advise management on financial risks, implications and strategic decisions.

- Drive budgeting, business planning, forecasting and financial strategy.

- Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting, including Management Committee and Board reports.

- Manage statutory/internal audits and ensure timely closure of audit requirements.

- Review and improve financial, accounting and reporting processes across Development and Property Management.

- Oversee project costing, cash flow, WIP, budget vs. actuals, cost variations and working capital.

- Support tendering, contractor evaluation, commercial decisions and final account settlements.

- Oversee direct/indirect tax compliance, tax positions and documentation.

- Drive SAP implementation and stabilization of Yardi for Property Management.

- Ensure alignment with Group reporting requirements and centralized finance processes.

- Lead, develop and retain the Finance & Accounts team.





- Work closely with business, commercial, operations and senior management stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 7 years of experience.

- Experience working in an institutional platform with reporting to multiple stakeholders.

- Current experience in IFRS/IND-AS will be advantageous.

- Experience in Finance & Accounts, financial planning, budgeting, reporting and financial controls.

- Exposure to Development and Property Management finance, including project costing, cash flow, WIP, cost variations and working capital.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA PS, MM, FICO.

- Advanced MS Excel, including VBA, Power Query, Power BI, PowerPivot, financial/data modelling, scenario analysis and KPI dashboards.

- Robust analytical skills with ability to drill down into transactions and workflows.

- Specialist knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Data Analytics.
