Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead fabrication activities for customised automotive interiors and vehicle conversions.
- Fabricate structural frames, seat mounting systems, partitions, brackets, storage units and equipment mounting structures.
- Work with mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium and other fabrication materials.
- Read and execute fabrication drawings and measurements.
- Develop prototype structures directly on vehicles when required.
- Ensure proper alignment, strength, fitment and finish.
- Supervise welders and fabrication technicians.
- Coordinate with designers, FRP technicians, electricians, carpenters and upholstery teams.
- Develop practical fabrication solutions without compromising vehicle safety or serviceability.
- Maintain quality and control rework during prototype and production stages.

Preferred Experience Minimum 8–10 years of fabrication experience. Experience in automotive customisation, bus building, caravans, ambulances, luxury vans or special-purpose vehicles is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
