Role Description The Senior Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Varanasi. In this role, the Senior Executive oversees daily operations, including coordinating cab rentals, managing tour itineraries, and ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. The position involves supervising staff, handling escalated customer queries, and maintaining high service standards across all travel solutions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong customer service and client relationship management skills, with the ability to handle diverse traveler needs and resolve issues effectively.
