What You'll Handle
- End-to-end Talent Acquisition & bulk hiring
- Managing recruitment teams & driving targets
- Sourcing through job portals, referrals & walk-ins
- Coordination with Operations for manpower requirements
- Joining, onboarding & batch closures
- Driving recruitment productivity and ensuring hiring targets are meet
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Strong experience in bulk hiring
- Experience in team handling & target management
- Excellent communication & leadership skills
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes
