Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Executive SCM (Marketplace) to manage end-to-end marketplace order fulfilment and supply chain operations. The role will be responsible for managing marketplace orders, inventory availability, warehouse coordination, dispatch, SLA/TAT adherence, returns, RTO/NDR and coordination with marketplace and logistics partners.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa or other marketplace platforms and should be comfortable working closely with Warehouse, E-commerce, Logistics, Customer Service and Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Marketplace Order Fulfilment from order receipt to dispatch.
- Handle marketplace orders across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa and other online marketplaces.
- Monitor daily marketplace orders and ensure timely processing as per defined SLA / TAT.
- Coordinate with Warehouse / Fulfilment Centre for picking, packing, invoicing and dispatch.
- Monitor marketplace order processing, dispatch, cancellation and pending orders.
- Ensure marketplace orders are dispatched within the required SLA to avoid SLA breaches / penalties.
- Coordinate with marketplace teams and logistics partners for order and dispatch-related issues.
- Monitor inventory availability across marketplace channels and warehouse locations.
- Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams for stock allocation and replenishment.
- Manage RTO, NDR, customer returns, cancellations and reverse logistics.




- Track marketplace order status and ensure accurate system updates.
- Identify reasons for order cancellations, delayed dispatches, RTO and NDR and drive corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain daily / weekly Marketplace SCM MIS.
- Track key metrics such as Order Fulfilment %, Dispatch TAT, SLA Compliance, Fill Rate, Cancellation %, RTO %, NDR %, Returns and OTIF.
- Coordinate with Customer Service for marketplace order-related complaints and escalations.
- Support smooth fulfilment during sale events, promotions and peak order volumes.
- Coordinate with Finance for invoice, credit/debit note and marketplace reconciliation wherever required.
- Work with internal teams to improve order fulfilment efficiency, inventory accuracy and marketplace performance.
- Follow defined SOPs and SCM processes and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Candidate Profile

- 36 years of relevant experience in Marketplace Operations / E-commerce SCM / Order Fulfilment / Supply Chain.
- Hands-on experience in Marketplace Order Management and Fulfilment.
- Experience working with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa or similar marketplaces.
- Strong understanding of warehouse-to-marketplace order fulfilment processes.
- Valuable knowledge of RTO, NDR, returns, cancellations and reverse logistics.
- Strong Excel / MIS and analytical skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Candidates from E-commerce, D2C, FMCG, Beauty & Personal Care, Fashion, Retail or Consumer Brands will be preferred
