- Organizing and carrying out AMC-CMC, schedule maintenance, and breakdown.
- To inform the supervisor with the health card of any instrument malfunctions and operational status.
- To reduce downtime, schedule in-house repairs using readily available spare parts.
- To report significant instrument failure to the appropriate AMC/CMC provider and guarantee prompt visitation and issue resolution.
- Monitor and control the AMC/CMC of every piece of equipment and instrument in the QC department.
- To carry out equipment and instrument qualification tasks (IQ, OQ, and PQ).
- Ordering and keeping an inventory of major spare parts for PM kits and consumables.
- He will train the instrument users on how to use the instruments effectively and adhere to the right software procedures.
- To make sure and set up all available resources to ensure that operations run smoothly according to the plan and that deliverable tasks are completed with the least amount of assistance.
- He must possess strong writing and communication abilities to carry out the Task.

Qualifications & Pre-Requisites





Preferably have the following skill but not limit as mentioned below.

- Bachelor / master’s degree of Instrument or Electronic Engineering.
- He should have good experience of handling and troubleshooting instruments like HPLC, GC, IR, UV, IC, KF, Dissolution etc.
- He should have a good knowledge to perform the Qualification and Calibration of instruments in Pharma as per regulatory requirements.
- He shall have experience of Instrument management systems like maintaining the history card, Preventive maintenance checklist, External calibration schedule, necessary equipment log, Label and documents etc.
- He shall have valuable communication skills to interact with cross functional team, like purchase for in time procurement of spare parts of instrument to minimize down time.
- The candidate having experience in US-FDA/MHRA approved company is preferable.
- Knowledge of Chromleon 7.2 software will be an added advantage.
- Responsible for performing the task given by the HOD or Supervisors as and when required.

Additional Notes

- Role is expected to work in all shifts.
- If required, the candidate should be ready to travel to all plant locations on work priority as per company policy.
- Responsible to ensure compliance to GLP, Health, Safety and Environment.
