Who are we looking? We are looking for a proactive Recruiter with 24 years of experience in recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate engagement, and technical requirement understanding, along with experience in job portals, interview coordination, and hiring manager collaboration.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Sourcing, screening, interviewing,



and evaluating the candidates - Communicating employer information and benefits during first round of the screening process
- Screening resumes and cold calling from various Job Boards; Developing Job Descriptions and Job Specifications
- Understanding cross functional skills requirements.
- Able to perform search from different sources and channels.
- Pre-screening of the candidates over the calls.
- Review and understand technical job requirement requirements
- Understanding companys policies and able to exhibit the same to the employees in details.
- Maintaining healthy relationship with the employee hired right from onboarding/Induction/engagement/weekly follow-ups/feedback etc.
- The candidate is required to Coordinate interviews with the hiring managers
- Following up with candidates on a regular basis.
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
- Performing reference and background checks making sure of an effective verification process.

Desired Skills/Requirements:

- MBA/PGDM with specialization in Human Resources Management is a must
- Graduation from an Institute of Repute
- Knowledge and experience in MS Office Suite
- Technology knowledge Ability to understand technology and to keep abreast of technology trends.
- Relationship Building Start every conversation with the intent to build, develop and maintain relationships with your candidates.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
