SJ Contracts Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Executive – Recruiter to join our Human Resources team.

Position: Senior Executive – Recruiter

Location: Baner, Pune

Experience: 5 years

Industry Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Construction recruitment is required

Qualification: MBA / PG in HR preferred

Working Days: 2nd and 4th Saturday Off

Notice Period: Candidates with a short notice period will be preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, networking and headhunting.

- Screen profiles and conduct initial HR discussions.

- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.

- Handle CTC negotiations, offer rollouts and joining follow-ups.





- Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.

- Manage multiple positions simultaneously and ensure timely closures.

- Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate pipelines and hiring reports.
