Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive – Purchase with 5–7 years of relevant experience in the Aerospace and Composite industry. The candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing and procurement of composite materials such as Carbon Fiber, Glass Fiber, Prepregs, and other aerospace raw materials.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials, components,



and consumables for aerospace and composite manufacturing.
- Source and develop suppliers for Carbon Fiber, Glass Fiber, Prepregs, resins, adhesives, and other composite materials.
- Float RFQs, evaluate quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize commercial terms.
- Manage Purchase Orders, supplier follow-ups, delivery schedules, and material availability.
- Develop and maintain relationships with approved and potential suppliers.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, Stores, and Engineering teams for material requirements.
- Monitor supplier performance, quality, lead time, and delivery commitments.
- Support cost reduction, alternate vendor development, and inventory optimization.
- Maintain procurement records, MIS reports, and supplier documentation.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Aerospace and Composite material procurement.
- Hands-on experience with Carbon Fiber, Glass Fiber, Prepregs, Resins, Adhesives, etc.
- Solid vendor development and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of ERP/SAP and MS Excel.
- Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
