Responsibility

- Draft, review,



and standardize contracts and legal documents to ensure business protection and efficiency.
- Manage all litigation matters (product liability, labor, commercial, counterfeiting, NIA), including coordination with external counsel.
- Oversee the company’s IP portfolio—trademarks, designs, and patents—ensuring protection and enforcement.
- Provide legal advice and research on statutory and operational issues impacting the business.
- Maintain effective legal documentation systems and support regulatory compliance.
- Generate and maintain MIS reports for legal tracking, risk exposure, and case status updates.

Skills/Qualifications

- LLB or LLM
- Experience of 4-7 years, preferably in-house
- Positive written and verbal communication skills
