Key Responsibilities

Project Monitoring & Execution

Monitor multiple ongoing BuzzWorks and Built-to-Suit (BTS) projects across locations from design development to handover.

- Track overall project progress against approved timelines, milestones and budgets.
- Ensure timely execution and closure of all project activities including civil, interiors, MEP, finishes and final snag closure.
- Coordinate closely with contractors, consultants, PMCs, vendors and internal teams for seamless project execution.
- Conduct regular site reviews and ensure adherence to project schedules and quality benchmarks.
- Identify execution risks, delays or bottlenecks proactively and drive resolution mechanisms.
- Assist in ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with approved drawings, BOQs and technical specifications.

Technical & Construction Coordination

- Review technical drawings, layouts and execution details for coordination and constructability.
- Possess strong understanding of commercial fit-outs, interior execution and technical building systems.
- Understand and monitor key technical aspects including:





Civil & structural coordination o HVAC systems o Electrical systems o Plumbing & drainage o Fire & life safety systems o Lighting coordination o Access control & low-side systems o Building compliance requirements Reporting & Stakeholder Management

- Prepare detailed weekly and monthly project status reports for management and clients.
- Maintain trackers for timelines, approvals, procurement status, site progress and critical dependencies.
- Present project updates to internal leadership and external stakeholders in a structured and qualified manner.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Design, Procurement and Facility Management teams for project alignment.
- Support client meetings, walkthroughs and progress reviews during execution phases.

Experience

- 4-8 years of relevant experience in commercial interiors, workspace projects, construction execution or project coordination.
- Prior experience in managed offices, coworking, commercial fit-outs, real estate or design-build firms will be preferred.
