Job Summary

Looking for an IT skilled who can manage network infrastructure, cybersecurity, sound knowledge of cloud, and support IT compliance activities. The candidate should be able to troubleshoot issues, maintain security controls, and help ensure smooth and secure IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Networking

- Manage and support LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.

Cyber Security
- Monitor security alerts and respond to cyber threats.
- Manage antivirus, endpoint security, and email security solutions.
- Support vulnerability assessments, security audits, and remediation activities.




- Ensure systems are updated with the latest security patches.

CloudSound knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS. Ability to manage user accounts, cloud services, access controls, and basic security configurations. Experience in supporting cloud-based applications and monitoring cloud resources. Compliance & Documentation
- Assist in maintaining IT policies, SOPs, and asset inventories.
- Support IT audits and compliance activities.
- Help ensure compliance with information security and data protection requirements.
