Job Title: Senior Executive — B2B Sales

Education: Open to candidates from all educational backgrounds — BTech, Non-BTech, MBA, Non-MBA

Reports To: DGM/GM

We're not looking for someone to just fill a seat. We're looking for someone with fire — someone who wants to sit across the table in real client meetings, work on live tenders, and get exposed to export business early in their career.

At Shivgn International LLP, you'll be part of a fast-paced learning environment with real ownership from day one, working directly with leadership and gaining hands-on exposure most roles take years to offer.

What you'll do:

- Attend and manage client meetings in the B2B sector
- Assist with tender preparation, follow-ups, and documentation
- Support export coordination and international client communication
- Build relationships with existing and prospective clients




- Work closely with the Founder & Managing Partner and core team on business growth

What we're looking for:

- Smart, sharp, and confident — someone who can hold a conversation with anyone, including clients
- Genuinely hungry to learn — freshers are welcome to apply
- Experience in tenders, client handling, or exports is a bonus, not a requirement
- Comfortable working full-time from the office, 6 days a week
- Open to candidates from all educational backgrounds
