Rekha Interiors is looking for a Senior HR Executive to join our growing team in Pune .
? Location: Pune
? Employment Type: Full-time | Work from Office
? Experience: 2–3 Years
? Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
? Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
- Handle attendance, leave, employee records, and payroll-related documentation.
- Manage statutory compliance and HR documentation as required.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare regular HR reports.
- Handle employee queries related to payroll, attendance, leave, and HR policies.
- Coordinate with management and employees for smooth HR operations.
? Who We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years of relevant HR experience , with strong hands-on experience in payroll management .
- Solid knowledge of MS Excel and ability to prepare HR reports and MIS.
- Good understanding of HR operations, attendance, leave, and employee documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to manage multiple HR responsibilities independently.
