Role Description The Senior Executive Human Resources is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle processes. The position involves implementing and maintaining HR policies, supporting workforce planning, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and organizational standards.

Executive will handle employee relations, address workplace concerns, and promote a positive, inclusive culture aligned with the company’s values.



The role also includes maintaining HR documentation and systems, coordinating training and development initiatives, and partnering with management to support strategic HR projects.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources, with skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Experience in HR Operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation.
- Knowledge of Employee Relations and ability to manage conflict resolution and engagement initiatives.
- Ability to develop, interpret, and implement HR Policies in line with legal and organizational requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; postgraduate HR qualification is an advantage.
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulatory compliance in India.
- Proficiency with HRIS tools, MS Office, and basic data analysis for HR reporting.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
