Role Description The Senior Executive Human Resources will oversee and execute day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth HR processes and a positive employee experience across the entertainment park. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru includes managing HR administration, implementing HR policies, and handling recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities.

The role involves addressing employee relations matters, supporting performance management and engagement initiatives, and coordinating training and development activities in collaboration with functional leads.

The Senior

Executive HR will maintain accurate HR records, ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards,



and act as a trusted point of contact for employees and management. The position requires close collaboration with leadership to support workforce planning, strengthen organizational culture, and promote a safe, inclusive, and productive workplace.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in overseeing end-to-end HR functions.
- Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, payroll coordination, and HR systems.
- Proficiency in Employee Relations, with the ability to manage conflict resolution, employee engagement, and grievance handling professionally.
- Experience in drafting, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies that support compliance and consistent practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; postgraduate HR qualifications or certifications are an advantage.
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory requirements relevant to hospitality, entertainment, or service-oriented workplaces.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain confidentiality, and use HR software and MS Office tools efficiently.
- Prior experience in hospitality, retail, entertainment, or event management environments is preferred.
