About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Senior Executive – Human Resources to manage plant HR operations at our Baddi location.

This is a core plant HR role, with primary responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning of blue-collar employees. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in a casting or foundry company and should be capable of aligning manpower requirements with production targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment of blue-collar employees for plant operations.
- Prepare and execute manpower plans based on production requirements.
- Ensure timely deployment of adequate manpower across departments and shifts.
- Coordinate closely with Production, Maintenance, Quality and other functional heads.
- Manage joining formalities, induction, attendance, deployment and employee records.
- Monitor manpower availability, absenteeism, attrition and replacement requirements.
- Prepare and present manpower MIS and HR reports to management.
- Support employee engagement, discipline, grievance handling and workforce retention.




- Ensure effective coordination with supervisors, workers and departmental teams.
- Contribute to building a stable, productive and efficient plant workforce.

Eligibility and Skills
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- An Engineering degree will be an added advantage.
- 10–12 years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in a casting or foundry company is mandatory.
- Strong practical knowledge of blue-collar recruitment and manpower planning.
- Good understanding of plant HR operations and workforce management.
- Proficiency in preparing HR MIS reports and management dashboards.
- Excellent communication, coordination and team-management skills.
- Dynamic, proactive and result-oriented personality.
- Ability to work independently in a rapid-paced plant environment.
