Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in talent acquisition.
- Onboarding formalities and recent Joinee Induction
- Maintain HR Records.
- Assist in development and implementation of various T&D; initiatives.
- Maintain proper documentation like employee files and record.
- Conduct various employee engagement activities.
- Offer Lette and Appointment Letter.
Work Experience and Skills
- 2 to 3 years of Experience
- HR Generalist
Competencies
➢ Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook is must
➢ Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
➢ Ability to prioritize things and strong problem-solving skills
Educational Qualification
Any Graduate with MBA /any other post graduate qualification in management (Human Resource) is must
