We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts professional to join our Shipping Agency team at Kandla.

? Position: Senior Executive – Finance & Accounts





⏳ Experience: 5–7 years

? Industry: Shipping Agency

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain Cost Matrix for Ports / ICDs.
- Handle cost accounting and ensure timely updates in Agency and Principal systems.
- Perform Cost Reconciliation and identify discrepancies.
- Conduct Revenue Reconciliation .
- Manage Port Analysis and Reconciliation .
- Prepare and maintain Principal & Agency Reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Handle Monthly GST ITC Transfer and related activities.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely reporting of financial data.

What We’re Looking For: ✔ 5–7 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts within the Shipping Agency industry

✔ Strong understanding of cost and revenue reconciliation

✔ Good knowledge of shipping agency accounting processes

✔ Solid analytical and reporting skills

✔ Attention to detail and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
