We are now looking for a PR skilled who wants to take ownership, build meaningful campaigns and grow with an emerging agency.

The Role

Position: Senior PR Executive or Assistant Manager, Public Relations

Experience: 3 to 4 years

Location: Mumbai

Employment Type: Full time

Joining: Immediate or at the earliest possible date

What You Will Do

1. Manage daily communication and deliverables for assigned clients.
2. Develop PR ideas, campaign narratives and media strategies.
3. Build and maintain meaningful relationships with journalists, editors and other media stakeholders.
4. Pitch interviews, features, authored articles, industry stories and campaign opportunities.
5. Draft press releases, pitch notes, media briefs, talking points and other communication materials.
6. Coordinate media interactions, events, launches, shoots and activities on the ground.
7. Track relevant news cycles, cultural conversations and industry developments.
8. Work closely with social, digital, influencer and creative partners to build integrated campaigns.
9. Prepare campaign updates, coverage reports and actionable client recommendations.
10. Manage timelines, follow ups and multiple mandates without compromising attention to detail.
11. Identify potential communication risks and support the team with timely responses.
12. Contribute ideas,



take ownership and participate in building the agency’s culture and processes.

What We Are Looking For
1. Three to four years of relevant PR or communications experience, preferably within an agency.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
3. An active media network and a clear understanding of how newsrooms operate.
4. Experience in entertainment, lifestyle, hospitality, sports or consumer communications is preferred.
5. The ability to recognise what makes a story genuinely relevant rather than simply promotional.
6. Confidence in managing clients, journalists and multiple internal stakeholders.
7. Strong planning, follow through and problem solving abilities.
8. Comfort working in a fast moving environment where priorities can change quickly.
9. Genuine interest in entertainment, Bollywood, pop culture and internet conversations.
10. A long term mindset and the willingness to learn, build and grow with the company.

Who Will Enjoy This Role? Someone who can quote a Bollywood dialogue before the scene finishes, has an opinion in the Salman and Shah Rukh debate and understands that great PR involves much more than sending out a press release.

We are looking for someone who brings curiosity, ownership and energy to the room. Someone who knows when an idea needs to be louder, sharper or approached completely differently.
