Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct internal audits in adherence to ethical standards, organizational policies, and IA guidelines.

2. Apply governance, risk, and compliance frameworks throughout audit activities.

3. Evaluate internal controls' adequacy and effectiveness, ensuring compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.

4. Identify audit issues, determine root causes, and collaborate with process owners to implement effective solutions.

5. Draft comprehensive internal audit reports and deliver presentations to managerial teams and process owners.

6. Prepare detailed work papers, documenting audit procedures and supporting conclusions.

7. Assist in developing audit schedules and work programs based on audit scopes.

8. Perform follow-up audits to track the implementation of action plans and report progress to managerial teams.

9. Support ethical compliance initiatives and contribute to compliance awareness and training activities.

10. Investigate compliance-related matters and undertake special assignments as required by the organization.

Continuously update knowledge of sector regulations, best practices, and performance standards.

12. Participate in monthly team meetings and training sessions.

13. Represent the internal audit function in CSR or similar initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance ESG compliance within the group.

Requirements and Skills:

1. Demonstrates a positive attitude and adept stakeholder management skills.

2. Possesses 2-3 years of experience in internal auditing.

3. Exhibits excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

4. Proficient in auditing standards, procedures, laws, rules, and regulations.

5. Solid attention to detail and exceptional analytical skills.

6. Capable of handling large datasets, data analytics, BI tools, and dashboards.

7. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document processes and present audit findings effectively.
