- Claim Validation & Processing

- Review and process warranty and insurance claims submitted by EV dealerships or customers through the CRM/Warranty Management System (WMS).
- Validate technical diagnosis reports, diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs), and telematics data for high-voltage batteries, chargers, and powertrains.
- Approve or reject claims based on established company warranty policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

2. Coordination & Liaison
- Coordinate closely with field service engineers, technical support teams, and R&D; for root-cause analysis of complex EV part failures.
- Act as the point of contact for third-party insurance partners, fleet operators, and vendors for component liability and repair approvals.
- Facilitate reverse logistics for failed parts (e.g., defective battery modules) from dealerships back to the manufacturing plant or recycling partner.

3. Data Management & Compliance
- Maintain accurate MIS reports, tracking claim ratios, approval TATs, and cost implications.
- Track fraudulent or repetitive claims and flag them to quality and management teams.




- Ensure compliance with regional automotive standards, consumer protection laws, and safety regulations regarding hazardous EV part handling. [1, 2, 3]

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Automobile/Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–6 years of experience in warranty claims processing, technical customer service, or motor insurance claims (Automotive or EV sector preferred).
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of EV architecture (battery management systems, powertrains, and charging units) is a strong advantage.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and enterprise ERP/CRM/Warranty tools.
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.

Pay: ₹18,218.40 - ₹40,008.55 per month
