:
- Responsible for updating data in Meridian & Preparation of Documents.
- Ensure compliance with the standard area operating processes and Customer SOPs.
- On receipt of the job file from Operations, will have to update all the available fields in Meridian.
- Prepare invoice in Meridian.
- Maintain all the documents in the Job file.
- Enter vendor debit note details in Meridian and hand over to Accounts.
- Upload documents in Meridian.
- Special instructions as per SOP need to be followed by each user.
- Existing employee is handling our key accounts.
- Also handling sales-generated business.
- Number of files/jobs the employee handles approx. in the range of 70 to 80 files per month which includes all such activities like.
- - Create job in Meridian
- Sending pre-alert to consignee
- Monitoring/tracking till the vessel arrives at destination
- Sending invoice to customer and all other activities as per the desired KPI
Job Requirements
Experience And Qualifications
- 5 years of demonstrated experience of Freight forwarding and Logistics operations
- Any Graduate.
- High standard of c omputer literacy with Microsoft Office applications and relevant transport management applications.
