Structural Design: Design, model, and detail chassis structures, frames, and heavy-duty structural components for combine harvesters.
CAD & PLM Management: Create complex 3D models and manufacturing-ready 2D drawings using Creo, and manage data lifecycles, BOMs, and engineering changes within Windchill.
Design Validation: Conduct basic structural calculations and apply a working knowledge of FEM to interpret simulation reports, optimizing designs for weight, strength, and durability.
DFM/DFA: Design components with strict adherence to Design for Manufacturing (welded structures, sheet metal) and Assembly principles.
Collaboration: Work closely with testing, manufacturing, and CAE simulation teams to validate prototypes and resolve field failures.
