About the Role

Idyaite is looking for a Sr. Engineering Manager to lead our technology team and drive technology strategy, solution architecture, engineering and product/project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in technology leadership, solution architecture and AI/ML projects, with the ability to guide engineering teams, make technical decisions, solve complex problems and work closely with clients and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor the technology and engineering team.
- Define and drive technology strategy, architecture and engineering practices.
- Lead solution architecture and technical design for products and client projects.
- Oversee product and project delivery from planning through implementation.
- Guide teams on technical decisions, quality, scalability, performance and best practices.
- Work closely with Product, Sales, Pre-Sales and Delivery teams on technical solutions and client engagements.
- Drive adoption of modern technologies across AI/ML, cloud, microservices and APIs.
- Promote good practices around CI/CD, DevSecOps, security, reliability and observability.
- Identify technical risks and support teams in resolving complex technical challenges.




- Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, technology or related roles.
- 5+ years in technology leadership, solution architecture or engineering leadership.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, system design and scalable applications.
- Experience working on AI/ML or AI-enabled projects.
- Experience leading product and project delivery.
- Valuable understanding of cloud, microservices, APIs and CI/CD.
- Strong team leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to participate in technical discussions and be hands-on with problem-solving when required.

Additional Requirements
- Based in Mangaluru or willing to relocate to Mangaluru.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Ability to overlap 1–2 hours with U.S. working hours when required.
- Good English communication skills.
