About the Role:

We are seeking an engineering professional with 1-3 years of aviation experience to support a range of engineering activities within the Aircraft MRO environment, with a solid focus on landing gear systems.

Responsibilities include developing and maintaining engineering master data such as technical manuals, CAD models/drawings, and production routing details, along with reviewing Back-to-Birth (BtB) and life-limited-part records for completeness, accuracy, compliance, and end-to-end traceability. The candidate shall have good understanding of landing gear systems, proficiency in CAD, experience in engineering data analysis, and familiarity with MRO practices. This role requires effective coordination with engineering partners, internal teams, and cross functional stakeholders to ensure smooth and accurate technical workflows.

Responsibilities:

Technical Evaluation & Analysis:

- Perform CAD modeling, 2D drafting, and engineering data analysis for landing gear systems.
- Review and interpret technical documentation (CMM, SB, AD etc.) as part of evaluations, ensuring outputs comply with engineering standards, safety regulations, and organizational requirements.




- Review and validate Back-to-Birth (BtB) and life-limited-part records for landing gear components, identifying documentation gaps and supporting compliant resolution to maintain complete traceability.

Quality & Risk Awareness:

- Ensure technical output complies with engineering standards, regulatory requirements (FAA/EASA), and organizational processes.
- Execution & Operational Support
- Manage assigned tasks/work packages with minimal supervision, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Continuous Improvement & Digital Support:

- Identify workflow gaps and implement practical solutions to improve process efficiency and enhance digital workflows.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to communicate technical findings and insights through clear, structured reports and presentations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 1-6 years of experience in the aviation domain (OEM or MRO environment preferred).

Required Skills:

- Strong understanding of aircraft landing gear systems and aviation technical documentations (CMM, SB, AD etc.).
- Familiarity with ATA 32 (Landing Gear) and OEMs such as Boeing, SAFRAN, Liebherr, and Collins.
- Experience in engineering data analysis, MRO or repair environments, and review of BtB/LLP documentation for traceability and compliance.
- Proficient in SolidWorks for 3D modeling and 2D drafting.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, and basic data handling tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret engineering data and support evidence-based technical evaluations.
