As part of its expansion, the company is strengthening its Production Planning & Control Department at its Bhosari, Pune location.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Planning & Control professional to manage production planning, material planning, scheduling, inventory control and coordination with production, purchase, stores and dispatch teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare monthly,



weekly and daily production plans.
- Monitor production progress against targets.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, QA, Maintenance and Dispatch teams.
- Plan and monitor raw material, WIP and finished goods inventory.
- Track customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare production MIS reports and KPI dashboards.
- Monitor machine utilisation and production capacity.
- Identify production delays and take corrective action.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for production-related issues.
- Guide and support junior team members.

Qualification BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering or a related field.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of production planning and scheduling.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Knowledge of inventory and capacity planning.
- Strong analytical, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and team-management abilities.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in defence, aerospace, engineering, fabrication, machining or other manufacturing industries will be preferred.
