Minimum Qualifications : Diploma/B-Tech (Mechanical/Electrical)/ ICWA Intermediate

Preferred/Desired qualification : Knowledge of MS PowerPoint / Excel

Specific experience : Production Planning/Process Costing

Overall experience : 5-6 Years (Diploma)/ 4-5 Years (B-Tech) / 4-5 Years (ICWA Intermediate)

Job Purpose

- Production Scenario analysis & Direct Manpower planning based on production forecast.

- Feasibility study of new model.
- Budget planning & controlling.

Key Responsibilities

Functional:-
- Knowledge of Mfg. Process
- Knowledge of Budgeting terms
- Knowledge of ISO 9001/14000 Documentation
- Trend analysis & graphical understanding
- Feasibility Study for Production scenario change / Recent model
- Good Analytical Skills
- Good Communication Skills
- Good knowledge to MS Office
- Good Problem-Solving Skills
- Basic Knowledge of Japanese Language

Customer:-
- Co-ordination with all Manufacturing shops & Production Planning Group

Financial:-
- Prepare & Monitor the Budget (Capital & Revenue)
- Knowledge of Process Cost Calculation
