KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop, standardize, and optimize screen printing processes and parameters.

- Conduct trials for current products, inks, substrates, and process improvements.

- New Press product establishment and PFMEA, Process flow to identify bottle neck.

- Problem solving with 7 QC tools, why why analysis,& major kaizen.

- Monitor print quality and resolve defects to ensure product compliance.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce scrap, downtime, setup time, and material consumption.

- Reducing plant cost with RM project, value engg. & cost reduction projects.

- Provide shop floor troubleshooting and technical support & training during production.

- Collaborate with maintenance teams on equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, and capability enhancement.

- Identify and implement automation and productivity improvement opportunities.

- Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process control documentation.

- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
