Position:Senior Engineering Planning

Experience: 5 To 10 Years

Location: Sulur, Coimbatore.

Your Profile:

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Production Engineering with 8 To 10 years of relevant planning experience.
- Solid knowledge of NPD Planning, MRP, SAP, BOM and ECN processes.
- Good proficiency in MS Excel, Data Analysis and Inventory Analysis.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Proactive problem-solving approach with strong focus on accuracy, process improvement and timely execution.

Your Task:

- Plan and monitor NPD activities and Time-to-Market to ensure timely product development and launch.
- Manage the ECN lifecycle, ensuring timely implementation and minimizing lead-time delays.
- Ensure BOM accuracy and master data integrity across NPD and production planning activities.




- Monitor and reduce scrap and process waste arising from ECN and product development changes.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Suppliers, Warehouse and Logistics for smooth NPD execution.
